Another successful session volunteering this morning/afternoon forForgotten Feet - Helping Homeless Feet 🦶

Volunteering at Swindon Night Shelter this morning with Tracey from Foot and Ear Healthcare by Tracey looking after some feet attached to some lovely people who otherwise have difficulty accessing foot care.

These people maybe homeless or socially vulnerable/isolated but when we are there we hope to help them feel a little more seen and a lot more comfortable!

Friday we did a Forgotten Feet - Helping Homeless Feet session ,quieter than usual but well received all the same with Belinda of The Considerate Practice - Foot Care - with Belinda and Kate from Footworks

Cracked callused heels , smooth again and no sign of a foot file ! Hard skin is triggered by friction and , or pressure . Gentle removal promotes the skin to not be triggered into over protecting the area , no sign of a foot file or vigorous grating ! 😆
