Today I did my first fitness competition at the at Derby arena (women’s doubles)… you all haven’t heard me talking about it cos we only booked onto it 2 weeks ago. I felt slightly under prepared due to my gym closing and not having my usual fitness routine, however we had a support crew from the coach’s and other members from Orangetheory. I’ll keep you posted when the staff open the new independent gym in Chaddesden 💪🏽

Well that’s me now clocked off for the Christmas break. I am working Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th December which there is a wait list for on the booking system so if you are needing a massage pop your name down and if a space comes available this will be allocated to first on the list.
