So many of my members discover things they never expected…..a lift in confidence, a sense of mental freedom, and that powerful feeling of belonging that comes from being part of a supportive, caring Group.

Slimming World Kitchen has really stepped up the Summer vibes this year ☀️ , the new seasonal menu is bursting with colour, flavour and totally Free choices that make staying on plan feel effortless.

I’ve been having a little browse through the dishes, and two have already made it straight onto my must‑try list. The Mediterranean chicken traybake looks like sunshine on a plate, all those gorgeous roasted veggies and herby tomato goodness 😍.
And the Chicken forestière with garlic potatoes… creamy mushrooms, golden potatoes and tender chicken? That one is calling my name too!

With meals like these, enjoying fresh, feel‑good food all summer long becomes the easiest part of the journey 🙌❤️

✨ Another gorgeous night in Group

We enjoyed such a beautiful evening together in Butterwick as our Woman of the Year finalists filled the room with inspiration, honesty and so much heart. The room was filled with pure love, admiration and support,
we laughed, we cried, we smiled… and every one of these beautiful women should feel so proud.

Huge congratulations to our two beautiful winning ladies. Truly inspiring, wonderfully supportive, and shining examples of what determination, kindness and belief can achieve ❤️ You lift the room, encourage others, and show what’s possible when you commit to your journey with heart. Our Group is so much more special with you both in it ❤️

Summer has a way of shaking up the rhythm of everyday life ☀️❤️

With holidays, spontaneous days out, BBQs and busy weekends, it’s easy for routines to slip and that’s totally normal.

What helps me stay grounded is keeping things simple and realistic:
• Planning little bits in advance so the week feels smoother
• Having quick, no‑fuss meal ideas ready to go
• Making sure I don’t skip meals (it never helps!)
• Enjoying special occasions fully and without guilt
• Remembering that progress is built over time, one meal never defines the journey

Healthy habits aren’t about perfection. They’re about creating patterns that fit real life, even when life gets a bit sun‑soaked and unpredictable 🙌☀️❤️
