Oral health matters - have your say

We're gathering experiences from people living in or around Boston, about how you look after your oral health.

We want to know:
✅ Where you look for information, advice and support for your oral health
✅ About barriers that prevent you from looking after your oral health
✅ The impact oral health has, or could have, on your daily life
✅ Your beliefs about oral health and preventative care

⏲️ The survey takes 5-15 minutes to complete - we’d love to hear from you!

Your feedback will make a difference and help better understand the oral health needs of the residents of Boston and the wider county, support the Lincolnshire Dental Strategy, and inform the design and delivery of oral health improvement programmes and health services.
