Meadows Edge Care Home Meadows Edge aims to develop individualised care plans to meet the needs of each of our clients.

The purpose of our care plans is to help clients maintain their physical and mental well being, with a view to encouraging their own independence. We provide homely surroundings and encourage clients to being in their own possessions for their added comfort and happiness. We have no restrictions on visiting times as we fully understand that this is our clients home. Meadows Edge makes efforts to e

ncourage the family and friends to participate in the social activities provided for the clients. Meadows Edge gives the opportunity for clients to have the freedom of choice and freedom of expression within safe practise to all clients staying with us for either short or long term care.
