My pregnancy groups give mum a chance to meet new friends, find free maternity and antenatal advice, and to see things a bit differently.

In Stamford and Bourne I hold pregnancy support groups all designed to help you know your choices and options.

To get free advice and guidance about how birth can look for you.

Just me popping up to see if you’re looking after yourself in postpartum…

When we enter motherhood, matrescence, it can feel overwhelming and confusing. You might feel totally alone and isolated.

You’re not alone. Your village is out there and it’s important to know everyone feels just like you.

I can provide postpartum support to help you on this new journey, finding your feet and knowing what to expect.

Work with me in pregnancy to make a support plan for matrescence. Or work with me when baby has arrived to get support and guidance.

I’ll bring cake.

What to expect in my Pregnancy Relaxation classes 💚

Starting Tuesday July 7th.

Sessions will cover the science behind staying relaxed in labour, what your mind and body are doing while baby is making their arrival, plus loads of practical relaxation techniques.
