I will be off for the last 2 weeks of August to spend some time with the family and recharge so I can continue to look after you all in September when I return. Stretching is what most of my clients expect to be told is what they need to do to fix their pain, to a certain point that is correct. However without strength the stretching is just a temporary relief from the pain and discomfort. Strength + Flexibility = Freedom.

Here is the first of my Move better Monday posts.
Low back pain is one of the main issues that people will seek my help for. Lots have tried multiple different treatments, stretches and exercises and although they get temporary relief the pain usually returns as the true cause of the pain hasn't been treated.
