Diet high in fructose can create burden for liver and increase risk of fatty liver, insulin resistance and more…

You are not addicted to the ‘wellness’ it gives you, it is just another sugar addiction! Fine to have in moderation, no judgement here, but for that much sugar I’d rather enjoy a slice of chocolate cake (9-10 teaspoons of sugar) actually made with sugar rather than agave!
