Highcliffe Nursing Home Part of the Kingsley Healthcare Group. Highcliffe provides quality nursing and dementia care for up to 45 residents at any one time.

Set on the Dorset coast in Highcliffe, a short stroll from the clifftop, Highcliffe Nursing Home offers a restful setting for nursing, dementia and residential care. Large, comfortable communal areas are equipped with plenty of comfortable chairs and large flat screen televisions, and residents have independent access to a secure landscaped garden. We actively encourage those who are considering living at Highcliffe to visit and spend some time with us to gain an accurate perception of the care we offer. You are invited to come for lunch or just for a look round the property. Staff are around at all times of the day and they will be happy to give you a guided tour and answer your questions. Cheers to National Beer Day! 🍻 Residents enjoyed sampling a variety of non-alcoholic beers as Carole from our Activities Team brought the drinks trolley around the home. The tasting sparked plenty of conversation, laughter, and friendly debate as everyone chose their favourites. 💜

Residents came together to celebrate the King’s Official Birthday with plenty of patriotic spirit.

🎉 We enjoyed waving flags, sharing drinks, and sending our best wishes to His Majesty while watching Trooping the Colour. The celebration was made even sweeter with delicious treats prepared by our wonderful kitchen team. 💜

⚽😊💜 Our residents enjoyed taking part in a World Cup Sweepstake, with everyone eagerly picking a country from the bowl and choosing who they think might go all the way to victory.

The fun continued with a lively general knowledge quiz hosted by our wonderful Activities Coordinator, Carol, which got everyone thinking, chatting, and testing their knowledge. 💜✨

🌞🍦🎶 Residents enjoyed a wonderful outing to the Highcliffe Food Festival over the weekend, making the most of the beautiful weather and vibrant atmosphere.

There was plenty to see, taste, and explore as residents sampled delicious ice cream, browsed the stalls for new hats, and treated themselves to some tasty pastries along the way.

The group also enjoyed listening to the variety of live music and talented singers performing throughout the festival, adding to the fun and lively atmosphere of the day.

A fantastic trip filled with good food, sunshine, music, and great company, creating lots of smiles and happy memories for everyone involved. 💜✨

🧁☕💜It was such a pleasure coming together to celebrate Cupcake Day in support of the Alzheimer's Society.

Residents enjoyed a delicious selection of cupcakes lovingly prepared by our wonderful kitchen team, accompanied by plenty of tea, coffee, and great company.

We were also delighted to welcome guests who joined us to share cupcakes, refreshments, and conversation. The room was filled with friendly chat, laughter, and meaningful discussions, with Noela, our lovely Admiral Nurse, helping to create a warm and supportive atmosphere for everyone.

A wonderful afternoon of community, connection, and raising awareness for an important cause. 💜✨

💜 In honour of Carers Week, we took the opportunity to celebrate and recognise the incredible dedication, compassion, and hard work of our care teams.

Our colleagues were thoroughly spoilt throughout the week with a variety of treats, including delicious doughnuts, refreshing ice creams, and a fantastic cooked breakfast lovingly prepared by our talented kitchen team. 🍩🍦🍳😊

It was a wonderful way to say thank you to those who make such a positive difference every day through their care, kindness, and commitment.

🌍🌱 We celebrated World Environment Day by planting a beautiful patio cherry tree with the wonderful support of both residents and staff. It was a lovely team effort that brought everyone together while promoting care for our environment and outdoor spaces.

Our residents actively took part in the gardening activities by plucking the dead heads from plants, helping to keep them healthy and blooming beautifully. 🌸🌳
