There’s something incredibly unique about this Phenakite. 💎

When I tuned into this piece, I kept perceiving an intense light blue aura radiating from it… and last night high vibrational blue beings visited me. The energy felt intelligent, peaceful and deeply activating. Almost like the crystal was acting as a beacon.

What’s even more fascinating is that I actually managed to capture some of that blue energy within the Phenakite itself on video.

There’s something about the sea that resets the soul.

I just finished a Dzogchen meditation on the beach, sitting with my eyes open as the waves rolled in and the world moved around me. Unlike many forms of meditation that encourage withdrawing from reality, Dzogchen invites you to rest directly within it. The sound of the ocean, the wind on your skin, the shifting light across the water… all becoming part of the meditation itself.

For a moment, there’s no separation between you and what you’re experiencing. Just awareness. Presence. Stillness inside movement.

In a world filled with constant noise, notifications, stress, and pressure, moments like this feel more important than ever. Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is simply stop… breathe… and reconnect with nature, with silence, and with ourselves.

The ocean has a way of pulling tension out of the body and clearing the mind. Even a few minutes of conscious presence can completely shift your energy.

How do you unwind and reconnect with yourself when life gets overwhelming? 🌊

The space is set, the energy is calm, and everything is aligned for deep healing.

If you’ve been feeling the pull, you can now book your own session. I offer in-person Reiki in Westbourne, Bournemouth, as well as online sessions via Zoom.

Online sessions are just as powerful as in-person, simply experienced in a different way. The two beautifully complement each other, working across both physical and energetic layers.

In each session, I combine Reiki with powerful Tibetan energy work, creating a strong, focused healing field around you. This allows your system to soften, release, and realign on a deep level.

And the most important part… the healing doesn’t stop when the session ends. It continues to unfold and integrate long after.
