Jamaican independence day is celebrated on 6th August, Residents celebrated with some Jamaican Reggae music and our chefs made some truly tasty Jerk chicken and rice for us all to sample.... along with some rum punch which went down very well indeed!

🤠☀️ Yeehaw! What a fantastic Summer Fayre! ☀️🤠
Residents, families, friends, and team members came together for a wonderful day in the sunshine, enjoying a delicious BBQ, Pimms, line dancing, musical entertainment, games, and lots of laughter. We were delighted to see so many people embracing our Western theme and making the day so special.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our guests, we proudly raised £460 through our raffle, tombola, and donations in support of the Alzheimer's Society. 💙
A huge thank you to everyone who attended, donated, and helped make the event such a success. Your support means so much and helps us continue raising awareness and funds for an important cause.

Our gardening club was very successful today, planting some beautiful flowers in our new pots for our garden, it was very hot today down in sunny Southbourne but we did get some residents 'digging' in, we also had a couple of spectators but it was lovely getting residents together 💐

What a beautiful day for a trip out on the Trishaw thanks to "CWA Wessex. Sylvia and husband Norman had a lovely trip down to Hengistbury head, Sylvia had such a great time, she stayed on and had another trip with good friend Mike!
