We’re committed to championing children’s and young people’s wellbeing every day, and this week gives us a special moment to pause, reflect, and shine a light on the challenges they face.

When children learn about their feelings early on, they build confidence, resilience, and stronger relationships. This week encourages families, schools, and communities to slow down and notice how children are really doing.

Supporting children doesn’t have to be complicated. Small, everyday actions make a big difference. Listening without judgement, naming feelings together, creating calm moments, and offering reassurance all help children feel safe and understood.

When adults stay curious, patient, and connected, children learn that it’s okay to talk about their feelings and that they never have to face big emotions alone.

Last year we delivered over 119 sessions of family coaching helping bring families closer and this year we look to meet with more families to help bridge the gap between parents and carers and the children they care for.
