Our office was full of laughter when our Training & Retention Lead, Jenny, was presented with this brilliant goose hat by one of our Care Pros! 😂

Every week in training, we discuss the Goose Theory - the famous lesson on how geese fly together to share leadership and support the flock. Naturally, the team decided Jenny was most deserving of the crown!
