✅ Access on-site MRI imaging, if required, to confirm the cause of your symptoms
✅ Meet with our pain specialist consultant for a review of your scan and advice on the most appropriate treatment
✅ Receive targeted spinal injections where clinically appropriate, using imaging guidance to ensure accuracy
✅ Continue with rehabilitation and follow-up to support recovery

💙 Our Integrated Rehabilitation Centre is home to a wide range of specialist rehabilitation services, including musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, neurological physiotherapy, qualified chiropractic care, 1:1 and group rehabilitation, exercise classes, sports and performance testing, and more – all delivered by our experienced multidisciplinary team.

⚖️ Balance Class: Improve stability, confidence, and reduce risk of falls and injury.
🏃 Everyday Fitness Class: Focus on strength, balance, and cardio to support everyday movement and wellbeing.
🦵 Lower Limb OA Class: Do targeted exercises to help manage hip or knee pain (ideal for those over 45).
💪Open Gym Sessions: Access our gym following an assessment with our team, to work on your personalised programme under the supervision of a gym instructor.
