The body adapts to the structure it lives in every day.
On this patient’s initial assessment, we identified significant structural imbalance alongside ongoing neck pain, lower back pain, and a feeling of restricted breathing mechanics.
Following a period of chiropractic care, we’ve seen measurable improvement in overall structural balance. The patient has also reported resolution of their neck and back pain, improved movement, and noticeably deeper, easier breathing.
Structural changes can influence how forces are distributed through the spine, muscles, joints, and nervous system.
When the body is under less mechanical stress, people often notice improvements not only in pain and mobility, but also in how they move, breathe, and function day to day.
This is why our focus is not simply short-term symptom relief, but improving long-term structural function and helping the body adapt more efficiently over time through chiropractic care.
