What if your attention is far more powerful than you realise?

After an unpleasant experience on social media, I found myself reflecting on where my energy was really going.

Whilst sitting in meditation, an image was presented to me: Humanity standing on a giant chessboard, where the people we focus on become larger, brighter and impossible to ignore.

It completely changed the way I think about attention, manifestation and the world we create.
