Sorry I have not been posting lately I had phone issues and I feel this was a sign to have some time off

We have the lovely Lina at sanctuary sounds today Lina has availability from 2pm today

Lina is helping so many people with her wonderful massages pop in and have a consultation

This lady really feels what the body needs

I for one am super happy that I met Lina she has helped me so much with a trapped nerve I used to have from work! They also said I had carpal tunnel they wanted to operate and now I am pain free

the wear and tear our body’s experience is times crying out for help - massage is an amazing way to connect back to our body’s and relive pain

Thank you Lina for looking after our little shop today

A big big thank you to my daughters for looking after my shop whilst I was away, I am super lucky as my girls work so hard over full time hours and still made time to help their mum out
