Building great oral health starts from a young age, and a little support from parents and carers can make a big difference. From supervised toothbrushing to introducing flossing at the right time, every small step helps protect growing smiles for years to come. ✨

Here are a few handy reminders: 🪥 Under 3s – parents should brush their child's teeth. 🦷 Ages 3–6 – help and supervise brushing twice a day. 😁 Age 7+ – children can usually brush independently, but it's still important to keep a watchful eye until around age 8–10. (But every child is different )🧵 When two teeth touch, it's time to start cleaning between them with floss or interdental aids like interdental brushes.

Every child develops at their own pace, so if you're ever unsure, our friendly team is always happy to help and offer advice. ❤️
