Sebaceous hyperplasia are soft, some-shaped bumps 2-5mm in diameter. They appear in pale yellow or skin-coloured with a characteristic central dimple.
Dermoscopic clues 🔎
Light-yellow circles = sebum content in sebaceous globules, shaped in a bunch of grapes.
Crown Vessels = branched or arbourising fine blood vessels converging yet sparing the central point
Central punctum = Holocrine secretion of sebum causes collapse of structure and leaves out a central hollow
