It’s here! A Little World Away mum & baby coffee mornings, hosted by A Mother World.

Starts Monday 21st September!

Every other Monday morning I’ll be at The Wheelwright Arms in Hurst (opposite Dinton) for a really relaxed Mum & Baby Local Social.

No structured class. No worrying if your baby cries, needs feeding, sleeps through the whole thing or has an absolute meltdown. Just come as you are - I’ll be there to support you, whatever you need.

There’ll be tea, coffee, pastries, a little play area for the babies and plenty of time to actually chat and get to know other local mums.

I’ll also have a different guest joining us each time, from sleep consultants and baby development experts to massage, yoga, Pilates, chiropractors and more. Nothing formal, useful people you can chat to, ask questions and pick their brains!

PLEASE come on your own if you can’t bring anyone. You don’t need to already have a mum group or know someone who’s going. I’ll be there to say hello, introduce everyone and make sure nobody is standing around feeling awkward!

Baby Massage starts tomorrow and Friday!

A little introduction to the newest member of A Mother World… 🐾

This is Jack - our gorgeous little Border Terrier and the newest addition to our family.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know A Mother World is about real life alongside pregnancy, babies and motherhood. And right now, real life involves puppy training, early morning walks, finding tiny teeth attached to things they shouldn’t be attached to… and falling completely in love with this little face 😂

So you might spot Jack popping up here from time to time too.

Any fellow puppy mums here? Or Border Terrier owners with words of wisdom for us?!👇

Because apparently I’ve spent years helping people prepare for babies and yet somehow a 12-week-old puppy is a whole new world…

Looking for your first baby class but not sure where to start?

Maybe you’d love to get out of the house, meet some other mums and do something lovely with your baby… but the thought of walking into a big group where everyone seems to know each other already isn’t exactly appealing.

That’s why my baby classes are deliberately small, relaxed and supportive.

There are just 6 mums in each class, so you’ll never disappear into the back of a busy room.

And there’s no expectation that your baby will behave like a tiny, perfectly scheduled angel either. Feed them. Change them. Cuddle them. Let them sleep. We work around the babies, not the other way round.

Choose from:

Baby Massage | 6 weeks - 3 months
A gentle first baby class where you’ll learn massage techniques to help you bond, relax together and support things like wind and common discomforts.

Baby Massage & Yoga | 3 - 5 months
For babies who are getting stronger, wrigglier and much more interested in the world, with massage, movement, stretching, strengthening and developmental play.

Both are relaxed 4-week courses with longer sessions, time to actually chat, tea, coffee and biscuits, a private WhatsApp group and plenty of support from me along the way.

Because I don’t just want you to learn some lovely things to do with your baby.

I want you to leave feeling more confident, more supported, and hopefully with a few new mum friends too.

So many messages about how we cope camping in a tent for 3 weeks in the UK with 2 kids…and why we do it!

“You must be mad”. Nope. Just prepared! We’re doing a mini UK tour staying at 3 campsites in parts of the U.K. we’ve never explored. And so far, it is amazing.

We started when our youngest was 2 and now we’re addicted, and prefer this to going for 1 week self catering to Greece (and we’ve saved about £4000!).
