Welcome along to an in person Aloha Yoga Class at QDance Studio, Crowthorne on 30/10/21 .

This weeks class is: Yoga for the Soul.

Main focus: Rejuvinating sleep patterns, Engaging Breath to help heal ailments and calming the Nervous system.
Relax on in with some Deep Chill time. Start with regaining your balance, allow breathing to become conscious while your Nervus system slowly starts to rest & restore.
Encouraging to marry breath with every movement..
We will practice a wonderful posture to gently apply weight to crown of the head, a great tool to use to help aid a good nights sleep.
Floating along we will work with postures to help stretch the spine and all the connected nerves;
release tensions from the lower back toning the numerous nerves that sit in the lumbar back area, along with strengthen our knees.
Keeping centred with Meditations & Continuing to embrace our more trible side with a little more healing energy Hawaiian Flow work.
Explore your balance, feel new Chi&Smile😊

Aloha there Dearest Family & Friends🌈✨
This message comes with Well Wishes of Good Health, Love & Aloha Spirit ☮️💟☯️

Thinking and sending love, healing, positive thoughts to those who may be taking any of the harsher side of this time each and every day. Reaching out to us all and if we all could do a little bit of that our energy will unite and be felt to help improve things at this current time.❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💗

So with this unique experience there is something we have been gifted, the one thing we always seem to never have enough of..
🌎🌍🌏TIME 🌎🌍🌏
Having said that there is definitely something to be said for that both good and bad..
Yin & Yang ☯️ one can not exist with out the other & equally both need different attention...

With the above in mind and with the time that we have been graced out of this, it presents an opportunity but not with out challenges of course 😉
Being that this time is locking IN with our loved ones, ourselves, our homes, pets in such an unusual away and also having to ride the emotional waves 🌊 🙂🙃of this event along with the rest of the world.
It has given time to reflect and that is where Locked IN became the more dominant thought.. as we batten down the hatches to give the planet a rest and enable those to heal where possible 🙏✨

We can spend time tapping into our relationships if thats via Skype, Telephone, positive messages or face to face -depending on our situation but either are just as important to help each other keep social and maintain our mental health 💙
Lets further use this time to tap
In and connect to our true, beautiful and wonderful selves & re-connect with nature. Then with all the love and grace we learn during this time we can then put it back out to our loved ones, communities and world around us once we slowly reunite.

After such times, good can be at the other end in, true appreciation, affection, peace, spirit just to name a few things..

This weeks favourite is inspired very much by whats going on around us in this busy world that keeps on spinning... and undeniably its time to make changes. 🌎🌱🌲🌳🌞🌝✨
So putting the below things into practice can help yours and your loved ones wellbeing & certainly are good ways to make small personal changes but all the while making a big difference to our environment.

Lets work with mother nature instead of against her. Over centuries of ages and growth the one thing that has remained the same is the fruits 🍇,vegetables 🍅, nuts 🥜, herbs 🌿 & spices. Introduce or keep using these as part of a health balanced diet and make less demand for meat based snacks and dishes.

Spending time on yourself and translating that self Love into your relationships & community beyond that. Greetings and Well wishes as each and every week 🙏

Aloha HT is thinking about something to help warm the cockles as the mornings and evenings are certainly a lot cooler as we glide through the pretty warm colours of October ☕️🍯🍁🍂🌅🌈✨

Herbal teas are a simple but powerful way to help keep us warm And mostly importantly help keep our internal health at its optimal as the winter is on its way. If you are not used to the taste of some of these new flavours a great way to over come this can be by adding some honey into the mix... not only will you reap all the benefits from the herbal tea of your choice but honey also has amazing health benefits too!!

Herbal tea is documented over the years in ancient Chinese, ancient Egyptians, Babylonians, Sumerians, Indians, Greeks and Romans. There are a multitude of herbs and plants which were found by our ancestors which can be diffused and drank to help aid many different ailments....

Hopefully now as we have firmly landed in Autumn this message finds you well and healthy 🙏 ..a few tips for keeping your immune systems boosted are:
Remembering to take your Echinacea, Lemon&Ginger teas. Adding Eucalyptus to your oil diffuser or 2-3 drops in your bath.
All three will encourage your immunity to
be switched on and ready to fight for your body should it need too!!

Aloha Dearest Family & Friends 💕

As Always AHT hope this message finds you all well & helathy🙏

After some much needed time to re-charge the batteries and think with in. AHT Will now be making sure more then ever to keep Balance ☯️ in all aspects in life.. prior to this break Aloha HT came across a post about working hard & burning out.
Even though it is good and positive to archive your goals, take time to think about how you get to them. Burning out is not the way to do this!! ..keep an eye on how you are feeling and be truthful to yourself about this. Just by this simple act alone will help you break things down.

Keep up with yoga 🧘‍♀️/ meditation everyday, eat well. Most importantly make space to spend quality time wih your loved ones which ever way that is, eating dinner, walking in nature by taking a break from all your ‘daily’ things.

Aloha Greetings Family and Friends 🦋🌈✨

As each and every week AHT hopes this message finds you well 🙏✨

As the season is now changing and along with that our body, mind a spirit will be too. We can see the physical changes of the colours around us in this bright 🌞 and crisp 🍁🍂 time of year. As the plants around beam with these pretty colours, shed there leaves and give back to the earth we see lots of RED & ORANGE & YELLOWS...

🍁🍂❤️🧡💛❤️🧡💛🍂🍁

This is a sign as the earth roots down for the preparation of cooler months so do we.

❤️So take this is as time to tap inwardly to our red root chakra. Feeling thanks for the abundance of spring and summer but knowing now it is time to listen to our body as it starts to slow down.

🧡Embrace our orange sacral chakra as this is connected to our relationships, so take time to harvest with loved ones and friends. Using Autumn as a time to reflect.

💛Enjoy the last warmth of and beautiful Sunsets 🌅 through our bright and bountiful yellow solar plexus chakra. The solar plexus is linked to personal empowerment and endurance so will keep us bright on darker days.

Feeling extremely inspired this week by nearest and dearest and an amazing story thus making your Aloha HT Favourite of the week all about our beautiful herb ...
🌿 CBD Oil 🌿

CBD oil works with in our own bodies endocannabinoid system (ECS) and this system receives and translates signals from cannabinoids. There are more the 120 types of cannabinoid compounds with CBD oil being one of them. Our bodies ECS helps regulate our sleeping patterns, immune system responses and pain receptors.

When CBD oil is taken it interacts with our endocannabinoid system and allows our body to use this system more effectively.
