Taking time to chat with family or friends, reading a book, completing a puzzle, reminiscing over old photographs, or enjoying a favourite hobby can also support your emotional wellbeing.

Team Meeting - Working together to provide the very best care 💜

Today our Bracknell team came together for another productive Team Meeting.
Our discussions focused on what matters most - the safety and wellbeing of our clients.
We reviewed safeguarding, shared best practice, discussed feedback from our teams and explored ways we can continue improving the service we provide every day.
Providing outstanding care isn’t just about meeting standards - it’s about constantly looking for ways to do even better for the people who trust us with their care.

Leadership update at Prestige Nursing & Care Bracknell 💜
This week’s Team Meeting marked an important milestone for Prestige Nursing & Care Bracknell as Marta Wutke officially handed over the role of Branch Manager to Joanne Clifton.
After three years leading the Bracknell branch, Marta will be taking on a new role as Senior Branch Manager, continuing to support Prestige Nursing & Care across our Banbury and Coventry branches.
We are delighted to welcome Joanne as our new Branch Manager. Joanne brings a wealth of experience to the team, having previously held roles as both Branch Manager and Managing Director, together with many years of experience across the healthcare sector. We look forward to the knowledge, leadership and expertise she will bring to our Bracknell team.
This transition reflects Prestige Nursing & Care’s continued commitment to strong leadership, continuity and delivering the highest standards of care for our clients, their families and our local community.

Happy Wellbeing Week ☀️

As temperatures rise, it’s more important than ever to focus on what really matters – protecting our mental and physical health especially in warmer weather.

Here are a few simple ways to look after your mental and physical wellbeing during the hot weather.

• Take movement breaks – it’s easy to feel tired in the heat, so try a short 10-minute walk when its cooler.
• Pause and breathe – deep breathing can help you relax and reset.
• Protect yourself – wear your sunscreen, sun hats, and avoid being outdoors between 11am and 3pmv- this is when UV is at its highest!
