Not literally... but it weighs about the same (10–12 lbs). And it sits atop your neck like one on a stick.

At a 30-degree angle, it feels like 40 pounds, and at 45 degrees, almost 50 pounds! 😳 This forces your neck, shoulders, and even your lower back muscles to work overtime, which can lead to muscle fatigue, pain, and even long-term issues like early disc degeneration.

Is your phone causing your neck pain?

Looking down at your phone can lead to "tech neck," causing discomfort and poor posture...

Heads are really heavy - the average (including brain, teeth, eyes, muscles and the skull) weighs 4.5-5kg. So when we look down that's a lot if weight being placed upon the neck!

Some tips -
✔️ Raise your phone up towards eye-level, rather than looking down at your phone.
✔️ Take regular breaks
✔️ There are also a range of device supports and holders out there that can help
