After two years with us, today we're saying goodbye to Grace as she moves on to become a Health Care Support Worker at the RUH. We'll miss having her around, but we couldn't be happier that she's following where her career is taking her next.

One of the families she cared for wanted to share their thanks. James wrote to us: "I just want to say a big thank you for all your work to help with my mum's care. Mum and I enjoyed meeting you and we greatly appreciated your kindness and care. You have a lovely personality."

That's the kind of impact Grace has had here, and exactly why it's bittersweet to see her go. Good luck at the RUH, Grace, from all of us. Wish her well in the comments below!

Local GPs Dr James Gough and Dr Tom Moore will share practical, evidence-based advice on maintaining strength, balance and mobility, reducing the risk of falls and staying active and independent for longer.

No gym and no complicated equipment. Just simple, practical advice to help you keep doing the things you love.
