Me in my kitchen, reflecting on the time I have spent creating social media posts at this table. This post is the last one from me as it is my last day on this project. The Cardiologist’s Kitchen Project will no doubt continue, just as it existed before I joined. Now I’m handling it all back to it’s founder (aka the ‘’Cooking Cardiologist’) and wishing it well for the future and whatever comes next.
Thank you to Ali for an incredibly fun couple of years working with him on such an awesome innovation. I have really enjoyed the journey and would recommend it to anyone who has the means and passion to take CardioKit forward in collaboration with him in future.
As for all our followers, YOU have been fabulous, full of positivity and support for what we’ve been doing and I’m a bit sad to leave you ... but then I’m a CardioKit follower myself so I’ll never be too far away.
You can make contact through the CardioKit page (the project email addresses are now inactive) and all the dietary advice is still currently available at cardiologistskitchen.com (handy if you’re planning some heart-healthy changes next year). Take care everyone!
Happy New Year to you all and all the best to you and to the Cardiologist’s Kitchen innovation in 2019. 🍏💗🍾🥂🎉
