I've written & deleted this many times this evening.

I'm not really sure what to say, I feel calm, overwhelmed, grateful all at once 🫢

Today I facilitated my FIRST sound healing course, whilst I have spoken in front of groups (mainly children in schools) before I never done anything quite like today.

I designed my own course content, workbooks & facilitated an afternoon workshop - branded pen included of course!

9 lovely Ladies came & sat before me, they were patient, understanding and attentive, all with different reasons for joining me.

I don't know what is going on but I do feel as though I am having a self worth lesson 🫣

I just cannot believe people brought their friends along to a course just off knowing me, they paid to hear what I had to say & not just that but I have had so much positive feedback.

As you can probably tell I am all over the shop but I just wanted to share what an amazing afternoon I have had & how grateful I am for those that came & trusted me

✨ JUST A FEW SPACES REMAINING ✨

We have just a few remaining spaces on our retreat at the end of the month, set in a beautiful private beach house in Wales.

It’s the perfect setting to take a step back, look inward and reset before the festive season begins and, all too often, our own self-care gets put on the back foot.

We have sunset sound baths, past life regression workshops, astrology & Mayan wisdom talks, intuitive tapping and so much more — all included in the price.

Alongside this, there will be a whole host of private treatments available to book, so you can create your retreat experience around what feels right for you.

And there’s absolutely no pressure to do everything! You can participate in as much or as little as you like. Want to join every workshop? Amazing. Want to curl up with a cuppa and listen to the sea? Also perfect.

We’re also so excited to have the fabulous Jo from Mood Foods providing some fantastic meals for us. Jo is incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable about what she brings to the table, and we’re so excited to have her as part of the retreat.

✨ Spirit Fest is almost here! ✨

Join us for a magical day of spirituality, connection, creativity and community on Sunday 9th August, from 10:00am–7:00pm at Cullingworth Cricket Club BD13 5HL.

Entry is FREE, with a suggested £1 donation to Overgate Hospice, raising Donations for Michelle's Great Wall of China Walk.

FREE workshops will be running throughout the day and can be booked at the gate on a first come, first served basis. Be sure to arrive early if there's something you don't want to miss!

Browse an amazing selection of spiritual, holistic and artisan stalls, enjoy therapies, readings, live music, delicious food and refreshments, sound baths, face painting and so much more. There's truly something for everyone!
