Nervous about Massage?
I’ve seen it all. And I mean that in the best possible way. 🤍
I’ve treated bodies of every shape and size.
Bodies carrying scars from accidents, surgery and self-harm.
Bodies belonging to people who are neurodivergent, anxious, restless or simply cannot stop talking 😂
And bodies belonging to people who are asleep within five minutes of lying on my couch. 😴
I’ve seen people arrive carrying far more than physical tension too. Sometimes, when someone finally has a moment to stop, breathe and be looked after, the emotions come with it. There have been tears, quiet moments and people simply letting go for a while.
I’ve treated people who come because they’re injured or in pain, and people who simply want to keep their body feeling good.
People who come every week.
Every month.
Every couple of months.
And people who book when they finally realise, “Actually… I really need this.”
And do you know what?
It doesn’t matter.
I’m not here to judge your body, your scars, your shape, your flexibility, your ability to relax, your emotions, or how long it’s been since your last massage.
I have huge respect for every single person who walks through my door.
Because taking time to look after yourself isn’t vanity. It isn’t selfish. And it certainly isn’t something you have to “earn”.
It’s recognising that your body deserves care too. ❤️
So whether you’re nervous about having a massage, feel self-conscious about your body, struggle to switch off, talk my ear off, fall asleep, shed a few tears, or just desperately need an hour where someone else takes care of you…
You’re welcome here.
I really have seen it all — and I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🤍
