Chair Aerobics - a fun, chair-based class that helps you build steady energy, strength and mobility.
The class is 45‑minute of seated cardio, gentle strength work with bands and light weights, and a calming stretch. It’s designed for varied mobility levels and is a supportive way to keep moving with confidence. 😊💪

Classes meet in Braintree (Green Pilates Movement Studio and Polly’s Field Village). Prices range from £7-£8.50.
