Who is Slimming World for? ❤️

One of the things I love most about Slimming World is that it isn’t just for one “type” of person.

It can work for people who can’t cook, people with allergies, people with medical needs, people with dietary preferences, people who’ve had weight-loss surgery, people using weight-loss injections and families wanting a plan that fits real life.

There is no need to feel like you have to be “the right sort of person” to come to group.

If you’re looking for support, encouragement and a plan that can work around your life, you’ll be very welcome. 💕

One of the things I really love about Slimming World — and the magazine — is that it doesn’t just focus on what we eat, but also on the psychology behind our choices. ❤️

There’s a really insightful article in the latest magazine about emotional eating, looking at why we sometimes reach for food when what we actually need might be comfort, calm, distraction or support.

Understanding why we do something can be such an important part of making lasting changes, rather than simply telling ourselves we should “try harder”.

Definitely worth a read . 📖💕

Leftover veg speedy ratatouille pasta
