It's Summer, which means festival season is here...

With the right preparation, contact lenses can be used safely and easily during festivals:

✔️ Daily disposables are the easiest option – no cleaning required, just remember to remove them before bed.

✔️ If you wear reusable lenses, always clean and disinfect them properly using the recommended solution. Never use tap water or put dropped lenses straight back in!

✔️ Clean hands are essential before handling your lenses. Use antibacterial hand gel if soap and water aren't available, and let it dry completely first.

✔️ Pack UV-protective sunglasses and contact lens-friendly eye drops to keep your eyes comfortable throughout the day.
