What would you do if a plant was not doing so well? Maybe you would move it to a sunny windowsill or change the soil in which it grows or water it more regularly. Why is it when children struggle we are quick to label the child but if we observe the child in the environment we can see where changes can be made to support the child and help them to flourish!
