A quick heads-up for cabin clients over the coming months πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

As many of you who have seen me recently will know, we're currently having an extension built at home.

Our builders have been great at scheduling the noisiest work for earlier in the day, when I'm usually away teaching classes or training clients at the gym. While we expect disruption to be minimal during cabin appointments, there may be occasions when some building noise is unavoidable.

If you feel this could affect your appointment and would prefer to rearrange, please don't hesitate to get in touch and I'll be happy to find an alternative time that works for you.
