We allow space between Clients to limit any feeling of rushing. We believe in quality over quantity. In our holistic approach we take into consideration: you as whole person, physically and emotionally to adapt our treatment and course to your need. Cocoon Time has been created with the intention to offer you a safe place, encouraging relaxation, we welcome you in a natural and calm environment. O

ur practice is focused on well being, embracing the importance maintaining a balanced life style. We believe the benefits of massage can promote good health by improving the immune system by preventing pain and tension. Massage increases the awareness of the benefits to maintain a good posture. Helping to clears the mind after a positive recuperation to allow time for our-self helps to relieve stress and tension and bring comfort by calming mind and body. Held in a nourishing approach, we are offering pre-post natal course, we believe that being prepared will reduce stress and support you to make the best informed choice.

We have some air cooler + mist + fresh fennels to cool down!

This weather reminds me my training in Thailand and the routine that came with it !
-We would take our flip flops out in the entrance
-Clean our face + hands + feet with wet / cool flannel provided
-water or dandelion herbal tea ( liver support + drink hot water is the best way to support our body to deal with heat )
-3 min meditation
-10 min yoga
Then we started our tuition
Was great 🌿 fabulous memories
