We have been asked by the family of the late Bridgett Evans to announce details of her upcoming service.

Peacefully on April 30th at her home, Bridgett Sally, aged 68 years of Highbury Road, Bream.
Loving wife of the late Terry, special mum to Claire & the late Andrew, a dearly loved nan & great nan and a much loved sister.

Her funeral service will take place at St James Church, Bream on Thursday June 11th at 12.30pm followed by a private family interment.

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Shaun Berrow of Main Road, Pillowell, aged 62 years on 7th May 2026, in Bristol Royal Infirmary surrounded by his family.

A beloved husband to Gayle, a dearly loved Dad to Harry, Clare & Lucy and a proud Grampy/Pappy to Ruby, Maisie, Riley, Oliver, Spencer, Grace & Noah. A fantastic brother-in-law and friend to many, he will be fondly remembered and missed forever.

Shaun also shared his home and his heart with his dog; Orla who was always by his side.

His funeral service will take place at the Forest of Dean Crematorium on Friday 19th June at 12.45pm. The family welcome those attending to wear something informal or football shirts along with bright colours.

It is with great sadness that Russell (Russ), passed away at home on April 22nd, aged 89 years.
Dearly loved husband of Yvonne for 62 years and a much loved uncle. He will be greatly missed by all the family, friends & neighbours.

Funeral service at St Paul's Church, Parkend on Friday May 22nd at 2.15pm followed by cremation at The Forest of Dean Crematorium.

Last week we had the honour of conducting the funeral service of the late Dave Vaughan at St Paul's Church, Parkend.

There was a great turnout for such a well loved and respected gent with a full church and people standing outside.

Bream RFC members did Dave proud carrying him into the church and giving him a guard of honour on his way.

Devoted wife of Andy, dearly loved mum of Wes, Kieren & Bailey, much loved daughter of Anne.

Her funeral service will take place at All Saints Church, Blakeney on Friday May 15th at 11.30am followed by interment at Blakeney Cemetery.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nancy at Rodley House Care home on April 4th, aged 98 years.
Beloved wife of the late Peter Wallington, loving mum of Mandy, mother in law of Pete and a dearly loved nanna of Rachael & Joe, Steph & Ian. A great friend to many, Nancy will be greatly missed by all her family & friends and will always be fondly remembered.
