We enjoy our morning exercises, with some light stretches getting us ready for the day ahead 😀
Some of us enjoyed a game of bowling and some playing dominoes with a good chat and giggle 🩷

We had a busy Monday morning, some ladies went out for a run in the car to deliver gifts to a carer whos just had a baby 👶 👣

Some of us sat out in the garden having some tea and biscuits, with Edith and Jimmy out for a walk 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

A huge thank you to family and friends that had came along to support us on Saturday. It was so good to see everyone enjoying themselves ❤️
A big thank you to everyone for all your donations, The Fire Marshalls from Brechin that came along in the Fire Engine 🚒 , all the staff for all of your help organising and on the day, you are all amazing 💖

Familiar music helps people connect even when talking becomes hard. Simple movements like clapping or swaying bring joy and physical activity.
