Today we had the pleasure of welcoming the lovely Jay, who entertained us with some fantastic country classics and, of course, a few Dolly Parton favourites. 🤠

It was so interesting, and our residents who attended absolutely loved it! Some were completely captivated by the stories… although a few residents decided not to come along because they were too scared! 😂😱

A wonderful afternoon of history, fascinating tales and a little bit of spooky fun — although maybe not for everyone! 👻🤣

Today, we got moving with our “Move It or Lose It” exercise session! 🕺💃 There were plenty of smiles, laughter and energy as we exercised along to some fantastic music. 🎵

Exercise is always more fun when we do it together, and the music certainly helped us get into the spirit! ❤️
