Over the summer I have been so busy I have barely posted on my social media. Thank you to all my clients who enjoyed the benefit of my cool treatment room during a hot summer; the benefits of air conditioning. Reflexology; is it an Alternative Therapy or Complementary Therapy?
It is definitely a Complementary Therapy.
"Complementary Therapies are used alongside conventional medical treatments, while Alternative Therapies are used instead of them."
