Today was our first Physio Led Clinical Pilates session. Our APPI trained physiotherapist Heenal was at the helm assisted by our new team member Kitty (also a physiotherapist). We had a great turn out and everyone seemed to enjoy it! Thanks to Black Ice Cheer for lending us their space!
