It’s been a busy admin day while I prepare to launch my new website and booking system! 🤩

If you have been receiving cancellations and new confirmations for your upcoming appointments, don’t panic, it’s just me in the background and everything remains exactly as booked!

Online booking will remain off for a couple of days while I finish things off so if I have caused any confusion please just reach out and I’ll be more than happy to confirm everything for you.

Sunday well spent… but too busy deciding on coffee spots after and didn’t stretch properly 😱

This has been a bit of a bad habit lately and I’m feeling it!! So this week I’m practicing what I preach and committing to daily stretching, mobility, foam rolling and good hydration to keep me strong through the week ahead and into my next massage! 🤩

Be honest, how good are your habits between appointments? 🤔

I’m back 🤩 from my summer break and ready to see you all again!

Went too quick but grateful for lots of chill time, pottering in the garden, coffees, runs, lunches, vinos in the sun and a sunny trip to Glasgow for a couple of nights 💚
