🎉ONE2ONE IS NOW HIW REGISTERED! 🎉
We are absolutely delighted to finally be able to say...
One2One Therapy & Wellbeing is officially registered with Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW).
This is a huge milestone for the clinic and something we're incredibly proud to have achieved. This hasn't simply involved filling in a form and receiving a certificate!
Becoming registered has involved months of preparation, training, policies, procedures, risk assessments, compliance work, professional input, evidence gathering, an extensive application process and finally an inspection by HIW.
And behind all of that has been a proper team effort.
✨ Katie has undertaken all of the specialist training required for the new service, putting in hours of learning, practical training and preparation to make sure she was completely ready.
📚 Beth has worked tirelessly behind the scenes reviewing, updating, amending and creating what felt like an ENDLESS number of clinic policies, procedures and compliance documents — making sure every i was dotted and every t crossed.
📝 And Trace...
Well, Trace got the daunting job of navigating what can only be described as one of the most gruelling application processes she has ever encountered! 🤣 Months of forms, questions, evidence, emails, phone calls, more evidence, more forms and preparation.
And finally the HIW inspection itself, all whilst continuing to run One2One day to day!
It has required a huge investment from the clinic — not only financially, but in time, energy and commitment.
There have been late nights, working weekends, stressful moments, plenty of head scratching and definitely a few occasions where we wondered whether we'd ever reach the finish line!
But we did. 💚 And that's why this means so much.
HIW registration isn't simply another certificate for us to put on the wall. It represents the standards, governance, safety, training and processes that we've worked incredibly hard to put in place.
To have now successfully completed that process and been awarded our registration is something we're genuinely very proud of.
So today we're not launching anything, selling anything or asking you to book anything.
We're just celebrating. 🥂
Celebrating months of hard work.
Celebrating our brilliant team.
And celebrating another really exciting milestone in the One2One journey.
