✨Multi Dimensional Higher Self Healing✨

1:1 sessions to help you heal, release and transform in a safe and sovereign space

I have many tools from my own spiritual journey and working with my guides, as well as degrees in psychology and mental health nursing. I have trained in counselling and psychotherapy, CBT, NLP, EFT, hypnotherapy, quantum journeys hypnosis, angelic reiki, energy healing and multi-dimensional spirit release/SRT (spirit release therapy).

These sessions are designed to provide a safe and supportive space for you to heal and release what no longer serves you, to install what is for your highest of good and receive insights and wisdom from your Higher Self, so that you can move closer into peace, power and alignment. You may have a specific issue in mind to work on, or you may just want to receive what is in your highest good right now.

We may use elements of hypnosis, past life regression, guided meditation, relaxation and visualisation, coaching techniques or parts work to help you with releasing subconscious programming that no longer serves you, working through emotional or energetic blocks that might be holding you back and restoring balance within the emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies.

I work closely with my spirit team which includes angelic, Solatian, dragon and unicorn guides, as well as Yeshua, Mary Magdalene and Archangel energy. I connect to the guides during the session and ensure they help us to remain protected and sovereign, and may ask them to provide multi dimensional healing, energetic clearing or psychic surgery if required. I also connect and collaborate with the higher self and hold space for you to do the same. We may also use card reading or advice from the soul guides. No two sessions are the same. You hold the answers and power within you. I will be there to guide you as you find the ways to rediscover, remember and embrace them.

All sessions involve a remote spirit release clearing prior (full protocol clearing with no report), and the guides will ensure and confirm both our sovereignty at the start and end of each session.

Recently I had a booking for a pet clearing who unfortunately needed to be put to sleep before I was able to do it. The client let me know this and I was luckily able to tune in at the exact time he passed. I had just pulled up to the supermarket to do my weekly shop so I sat in the car and connected with my amazing team of soul guides.

The case was absolutely heartbreaking but also mindblowingly beautiful. A team of Angelics along with Yeshua surrounded him in radiant gold. They cleared him of all low vibrational energies and made sure that he crossed. I could feel the immense love and comfort of the guides and also his family of owners. I saw him cross with the guides, in powerful love and light, and running like a puppy again on the other side of the rainbow bridge. Afterwards driving home, the sun was brighter than ever. It lit up the skies and even the streets. I knew he was safe and at peace.
The following day I tuned back in to do the full protocol for earthbound healing, to make sure everything was cleared. The guides confirmed everything had been fully cleared as he crossed. I felt his love and warmth around me and even noticed a difference in my own dog's energy. Everything is connected.

Death is not the end of our connections or our love, just the end of one physical body. Through the pain of being separated in the physical, we can receive comfort in knowing we are always connected in the spiritual. My work in spirit release has taught me so much about the layers of our existence and the intricacies of healing in the physical sense and beyond. It isn't about rescuing or saving anyone, just as it isn't when we help the living. We simply guide the way to the healing that can help them best on their soul's journey. This lifetime is one part of a much bigger, infinite picture.

This case touched me deeply and has strengthened a pull I have had towards end of life work, as well as of course my passion for what I already do. It is important to me to keep learning, expanding and improving and following what my heart tells me. Today I have signed up to a death doula course with the aim of incorporating it somehow into all the other spiritual, clearing and healing work I do.
