It was so lovely to hold my first session in the new space this week for individual guided meditation & Reiki Healing.

My house is currently full of items, curtain poles, kettle, pictures, flooring etc etc all waiting to be added next week.

Thank you for your understanding and encouragement whilst I apply the finishing touches!

I am going to be stiff as anything tomorrow, but 4.5hrs of pure ADHD hyper focus today and my new space went from a shed to this....

(Working progress but usable whilst I carry on...)

Not sure how as the last 5 days have been tough going ( full diary, popped sciatica, perimenopause...)but I have cleared my rooms and handed over the keys on time ready for the next amazing business to take over.

Home sessions on Sunday then off for two weeks.
Then setting up my new room. Garden is full of plants now thanks to the amazing Volubteers at Special Families, and its all going to be lovely.
