At The SEJ Wellbeing Centre we offer the powerful, innovative, and evidence-based SEJ Process training and 1-1 appointments. The SEJ is both a short course or 1-1 appointments open to anyone looking to learn the skills to empower their mental health. 🌟

The SEJ Process course can be integrated into the curriculum at Secondary and Higher Educational settings to support students’ wellbeing. 🎓🌟

Reduced fee services are available through the 'Stay Mentally Healthy' initiative.🙋

Thanks to the RAF Cosford for hosting Social Prescribing Community Connectors. An amazing venue giving us all the opportunity to share our services. Volunteering was a definite theme for the day. Huge thanks to ALL our volunteers and Kelly for sharing her experiences as a volunteer supporting our Stay Mentally Healthy initiative.👏
