Have you spotted the breast screening bus advert travelling around Bridgwater? 🚌

The aim is to help raise awareness while the NHS mobile breast screening unit is in town. If you've received a breast screening invitation, please attend your appointment. Breast screening can detect cancer early, often before symptoms appear, when treatment is most effective.

NHS England have been writing to patients if they think patients are no longer living at that address.

When they do this, you MUST reply and follow the instructions in their letter carefully. If you do not reply or do not follow the instructions, they will deduct you from our list.

Please do not get angry with us - it is as frustrating for us as it is for you as it creates unnecessary work and stress for you and us.

Members of the public Patient Allocations My details and the NHS HC5 (O) Refunds OverviewWe have recently written to some patients to confirm if the home address the NHS holds for them is up to date. GPs need to have up to date addresses for their patients to ensure you receive important information...
