Good evening you lovely lot, hope you are enjoying the sunshine?????
I’m sorry to have to write this post, over the last few weeks I have noticed a massive increase in appointments that have not been attended. With no warning, not only am I self employed and like everyone I have bills to pay but also some people are having to wait for an appointment, which could be avoided if you give notice on cancellation of an appointment. I love my job with a passion and hate writing these posts.
A DNA (did not attend) WILL need to be paid for before another appointment will be booked.
Sorry for the rant and hope you can appreciate where I am coming from
