What Is Your Story? 💫

I’ve been reflecting deeply on a beautiful, powerful idea, pregnancy as a meeting of energy bodies and consciousness.

When you grow a baby, you are bonded with another unique consciousness fresh from source. Your breaths sync, your life force weaves together, your blood flows as one. I believe that the moment the heart begins to beat is when the soul fully anchors into its new incarnate form.

Two consciousnesses, two psyches or even more, for multiples births.

It reminds me as a beloved Star Wars fan theres a theory, when Padmé Amidala (played by Natalie Portman ❤️) carried Luke and Leia, she held within her a vastly heightened Force energy and immense vitality, expanded psychic awareness because she was nurturing the lineage of Anakin Skywalker's bloodline, his midichlorians which are (microscopic, intelligent life-forms living inside the cells of all living things).

This makes me wonder, is this true for us too? Mothers who have walked this path did you feel this shift during pregnancy?

✨ Does everyone have a type they’re attracted to?

I’ve wondered this for so long.

At 17, I picked up Savagez the only tattoo mag I’ve ever bought, still in its plastic wrap. On the cover, Gwynhyfer. Something shifted, not just her tattoos, but that smile, warm brown eyes, dark hair.

Since then: drawn to the same warmth, deep brown eyes, olive skin, dark hair. Not perfection more like sunrise/sunset: natural, timeless, glowing.

Curious, I searched (never met her!) and learned she lives off-grid, community-focused, eco-aligned. I realized: my pull wasn’t shallow I felt her spirit all along.

I used to question this on my spiritual path: Shouldn’t I only care about inside?

Now I know: Love is whole, mind, body, spirit. Attraction is nature’s gentle language; beauty is spirit made visible. Gazing at someone you love, admiring sunset or a flower: pure appreciation, wonder, peace, not just sexual.

I’ve known “non-models” who glow endlessly, “models” who turned cold/egotistical. Surface beauty fades, inner grace lasts.

A “type” isn’t a cage or checklist, it’s natural desire, not a dealbreaker. Attraction is part of love. I love the being behind the look. Like nature, birds show beauty to their mates.

I choose authentic beauty: natural scent, breathable fabrics, ease/no-makeup/no-pretence. Glow comes from within: diet, life, love nourish body + soul.

I admire: Hailee Steinfeld, Jessica Alba, Natalie Portman, Victoria Justice, Kendall Jenner, Gal Gadot, Mila Kunis, not just beauty, but vegan/conscious/spiritual women.

Friendships, Boundaries, & What My Heart Honors

I’ve been reflecting deeply lately on what real connection means to me. For many years I struggled with friendships, relationships, and belonging, all I ever wanted was a small, trusted circle. I still hold that gentle dream close. How lovely it would be to have my closest friends nearby, gathering round a fire, sharing stories and wisdom, sipping herbal teas, eating wholesome food. Walking in nature paths, singing in echoey spaces or simply going away for a weekend. I see bonds like this and sometimes feel that quiet envy, but I keep that vision alive like a home for my heart. Maybe one day I can experience that kind of group friendships I see.

Now in my 40s, I’ve also made peace with another truth, I once wanted children, but not anymore. Choosing not to become a father later in life feels like kindness, both to me and to a child who would have had an older parent rather than a peer to grow alongside. That’s my truth, and I stand by it. You never know what you're health is going to be like. They would need me, if I'm not at my best then I can't give them my everything.

Above all, what I hold close, and what I choose to step away from, comes down to boundaries. Years ago I used to let anyone in, I trusted too easily and quickly and got hurt just as fast. Over the last decade I’ve learned to choose carefully, you never truly know someone until their actions match their words.

For me, it’s never about constant contact, grand gestures, or empty small talk. It’s about consistency, respect, honesty, and presence. It’s conversations that don’t end where you can pick up right where you left off, no awkwardness, no pretense. I even spoke to a friend yesterday I haven't spoke to in a few years and it felt all good.

It’s people who meet you with kindness, who reply, even if it takes time, who don’t leave you hanging, dismiss how you feel, or leave nothing but a deleted message to wake up to and then nothing for days. It’s mutual effort, showing up truthfully, no games, no silence, never making you feel unvalued.

🌱 My Journey: From Then to Now—Body, Mind & Spirit

This was me back in 2011, around 25 years old. ✨

Before this, I wasn’t as healthy as I am now, I carried extra weight, felt inflamed, and knew nothing about cleansing or truly clean living....but I learned, and I grew.

I’ve always stayed active, but the real shift began:

✅ 2006: Said goodbye to meat & dairy
✅ 2009: Switched to lighter, purer eating
✅ 2010: Fully embraced fruitarianism 🥝
✅ 2014: had a downfall in my life but kept vegan
✅ 2018: worked on the retreats garden
✅ 2023: shoulder injury
✅2026: back into weights again

I shed excess weight, my body cleansed itself, and I never looked back at ultra-processed foods. Back then I followed strict mono-eating, trained 3 hours at the gym only Tue/Thu every week, fasted Fri–Sun, and did a salt water flush every Sunday I was disciplined and aligned.

Life threw a curveball at me, a relationship that tore me apart from the inside out, due to manipulation and mental and physical abuse but from that breakage, I grew stronger. 💪

For the last 7 years, I’ve worked a driving job, less cardio than before, but slowly finding my way back.

Recently, I hit a wall, a shoulder injury with a trapped nerve. Thought lifting might be gone forever... until an incredible psychic surgeon worked their miracle and the pain gone, freedom was returned! 🙏✨

Now Im lifting again, feeling balanced. Not as toned in the abs as my younger self... but iam happier, more whole, and at peace within myself than I was before and that’s true wealth.

Mind, body, spirit is balance in everything.
Even small steps count more than doing nothing at all.
Pain doesn’t break you, it builds you.
Never give up on your body, your health, or your spirit. ❤️

Look at this moment I captured while in Indonesia, sunset over the shore, light spilling everywhere, no conditions, no demands. Nature offered its light freely, without expectation.

Be like the sun, shine without asking for anything in return. Be the light of love without condition.

The sun doesn’t shine only when it’s appreciated. It doesn’t hold back its light from anyone, even when clouds roll in, days turn to night, or people simply look away. The sun simply is.....constant, warm, radiating.

Seasons change, just like our emotions.

When we shine like the sun, we don’t lose ourselves, we expand. And for those who don’t appreciate our light and love? Just shine anyway, and keep moving forward. Some people are best left in the darkness if they don't appreciate your light.

And don't let anyone's darkness dim your light.

We become a source that nourishes not just others, but our own too

Hi all, I don't usually share my dreams as they are usually deep and personal experiences, sometimes and usually without meaning, but recently I thought why not share my experiences.

Going to bed to sleep just after 2 hours , the experience actually woke me up because in as curious of the results, so I had this dream experience, this is no ordinary dream, it was a structured, shared energetic experiment with perfect clarity, witnesses, and spiritual confirmation. Which really baffled me.

I am sure that the characters I was with were my spirit team of spirit guides trying their best to once again wake me up consciousnessly in the dreamstate.

I was with some men in a dense forest, exploring sound and density from non-physical environments into physical waking reality. So we played with it.

The research was concluded. Mark one of the men decided to get on a horse and ride it full gallop through the dense forest on the forest path, and we had to count how many seconds it was until we could no longer hear the horse galloping in the forest. The path wasn't directly in front of us but to the side so we eventually lost sight of him as he turned off. Each of us in the group had our hands in the air, until we no longer could hear the horse, we counted to 22 seconds until everyone's arms went down and then nothing, silence, not even birds we could hear, it was a very errie experience to hear nothing in this plane of existence. we stopped turned to one another and laughed, wow can you not hear anything now? Not even our voices we could not hear. It seems that something in the area just shut off soun This was also confirmed to us by the white psychic eagle which could see and communicate with both us and the horse at the same time to confirm that the horses consciousness had actually shut off the sound in the area.

can you not hear anything now?” one of our group men said. The sound came back as the white eagle was able to manipulate the sound field.

There was 4 of us men together. Imagine tall dwarfs like those from Lord of the rings/the hobbit movie. The theme of our clothes was medieval mages, like elven knights, we stood with shields and bow and arrows and swords.

A simple quiet moment nature reminds us of the deepest truth to our default setting.

Love is the only language every soul understands without translation.
Of course sometimes there is a state of fear, survival instinct. But mostly animals remind us to be present, ever seen an animal rushing? Looking tired and keep walking or flying. Unless they are in danger of course. But mostly they just live in the moment.

Their existence doesn’t need words, explanations, or proof of love and care.

And it's obvious when souls are rescued they show appreciation.

No matter where we are, or what path we walk love is what connects us all.

Friday September 4th.

The air still holds warmth, and today it feels a little humid and stuffy out there, but there’s a soft shift in the light especially with all the rain. Here, a bee finds its home within the layers of a pure white rose from our gardens.

Bees are the heart of the natural world, the workers, the messengers, the connectors, and the caretakers.

They carry life between flowers and plants sustaining the plant kingdom. A little reminder that every small action we take feeds the whole web of life.

In return, flowers offer their nectar and beauty to sometimes a dull grey start of the day, a sacred exchange of energy, service, and gratitude. 🐝🌼

White roses stand for purity, spirit and clarity, and are the universal flower of sacred union, especially the red, bridging heaven and earth, body and spirit.

For women:

They connect to the divine feminine, intuition, healing, the heart, gentleness, and the womb of creation.

For men, roses anchor spiritual purpose, integrity, clarity of mind, and open-hearted strength. They balance masculine energy with compassion, and are used for grounding truth and protection.
