We’re hiring a Pharmacy Technician!

Jurassic Coast Primary Care Network is looking for a proactive and patient-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our PCN Pharmacy Team.

This is a permanent role for 30 hours per week, supporting patients to get the best possible outcomes from their medicines through safe, effective and personalised care.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✅ A registered Pharmacy Technician
✅ Confident working with patients
✅ Organised, proactive and detail-focused

You’ll work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team across our PCN practices in Bridport, Beaminster and Lyme Regis.

This is a varied clinical role supporting older, frail, housebound and care home patients across the PCN through acute home visits and care home ward rounds.

We’re looking for someone who is clinically confident, calm under pressure, experienced in acute assessment and passionate about providing safe, responsive care closer to home.

Keeping babies cool in hot weather 👶☀️

Babies and young children can become unwell in hot weather more quickly than adults, so it’s important to take extra care during periods of extreme heat.

Keep little ones cool by:
• keeping rooms shaded and well ventilated
• offering regular feeds/drinks
• dressing them in light clothing
• keeping them out of direct sunlight
• never covering prams with blankets or muslins, as this can trap heat

We’re looking for a Digital Care Coordinator to join our PCN Admin Team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who likes a varied role and enjoys being at the centre of a busy team. You’ll be supporting services across Jurassic Coast PCN with admin, service coordination, patient communication, social media, website updates, reports, searches and data.

It would suit someone who is organised, confident with systems, good with people and enjoys making things run smoothly. You’ll help keep information accurate and up to date, promote PCN services, support patient engagement and help identify patients who may benefit from additional support.

The is a permanent, full time role based in Bridport.
