It was my mums 1st birthday in heaven this weekend, so I honoured her with a trip to her favourite places by the sea, cake and a plaque on a bench, plus a bodypaint at her favourite event --- balance, just how she liked it ❤️

After doing my prayers for grounding and protection, then connecting to the Reiki, the forks are always my next phase in a healing.

These are tuned to the frequency of each Chakra and I use them to scan the body first.

They speak to me in their own way and we work together intuitively to balance Chakras, to move energy through & to bring a sense of peace.

They've been with me for around 16 years now and we've seen some crazy stuff. One time, over a Crown, i struck the fork and it literally disappeared in my hand! I could see the bit I was holding and I could hear it, but the actual fork was vibrating so high, I couldn't physically see it anymore! Today, when I used it over a Throat, it was silent. It made the initial sound after being struck, lasting a second, then, despite continuing to vibrate for a while, there was no sound at all. We work together to create a deeper healing

This is my love beads from the 90's & my Mums from the 70's plus a small bracelet my daughter made me last month

I wear jewellery from my Nan, and my Auntie too.

With the intention of carrying their strength, their wisdom, their grace, and their beauty, where ever I go.

I feel a sense of safety, protection, and guidance when I'm wearing pieces from passed loved ones, and a sense of healing when I mix that energy with my jewellery from when I was growing up.

Whether that's the placebo effect or Magick, I don't really care. What you believe to be true, becomes true for you. Set your own intentions, create your own Magick, do what you need to do, and do it your way ❤️

We left a little late this morning and my youngest was chomping at me... "we always leave late"

Right outside the house, a guy was walking a dog, apparently he's walked into a garden they're working on, he's asked us if we know the owners, we don't! But I've popped a post on the local page and hopefully he'll find his owner soon!

With that, my son has pointed out that if we had left on time, we would have missed him.

We can feel like we're going to be late but...

The universe is always on time!! ❤️
