The tail end of my 29th year has sent me on a total journey of realignment.

All to meet the deepest depths… so that I can meet you with more truth and even more love than ever before.

I’m grateful for the constant holding and support and wisdom of my body. I’ve been unkind to her for so long like many of you to yours I’m sure.

Writing a poem for her today filled me with more than you know. Would recommend.

And when it comes to ta***ic exploration… Boundaries aren’t optional, they’re fundamental

Without knowing your edges, it’s easy to lose yourself in people-pleasing, confusion, or saying yes when your body means no.

But when you learn to honour and communicate your boundaries, everything shifts:

✨ Relationships become clearer
✨ Intimacy becomes safer
✨ Pleasure becomes more authentic
✨ Your yes becomes fully embodied
