When women first come to see me, they often tell me they’re stressed.
And sometimes they are.
But as we start talking, something deeper often emerges.
They’re carrying the mental load.
They’re putting everyone else’s needs before their own.
They’re worrying about saying no.
They’re feeling unheard in their relationships.
They’re constantly wondering if they’re doing enough.
So what they’re experiencing isn’t just stress.
It’s emotional exhaustion.
And when you’ve been carrying that for a long time, it can affect how you think, how you feel, your relationships, and even your body.
That’s why my work isn’t just about helping women feel calmer.
It’s about helping them understand themselves with compassion and create lasting change through counselling and hypnotherapy.
Can you relate to carrying more than people realise?
